Simulink modeling and dynamic characteristics of discrete memristor chaotic system

<sec>In the last two years, discrete memristor has been proposed, and it is in early stages of research. Now, particularly important to use various simulation softwares expand applications model. Based on difference operator, this paper, a model with quadratic nonlinearity constructed. The addition, subtraction, multiplication division mathematical are clarified, charge <i>q</i> obtained by combining discrete-time summation module, thereby realizing Simulink memristor. results show that designed meets three fingerprints memristor, indicating belongs generalized memristor.</sec><sec>Using memristors construct chaotic systems one current research hotspots, but most literature about introduction continuous into systems. In introduced three-dimensional map which mentioned Sprott’s book titled as <i>Chaos Time-Series Analysis</i>, new four-dimensional designed. Meanwhile, established. It found attractors different sizes shapes can be observed changing parameters model, changes system change dynamic behavior system. analyses equilibria equilibrium stability infinite points. Lyapunov exponent spectra bifurcation diagrams circuit imply transform between weak state, hyperchaotic state. multistability coexisting analyzed under initial conditions. Moreover, comparing measuring complexity, richer dynamical behaviors higher complexity than original map.</sec><sec>From perspective modeling, paper modeling designing discussed based Matlab/Simulink. further verifies realizability lays foundation for future memristor.</sec>
